Our goal is to not waste your time by looking at properties that are not in your price range or condos that don't meet your needs. Things to consider are rental income, fees, location, amenities, layout, and size. If you are looking for a 2nd home or primary residence, your wants and needs will be different. You will need to know things like, how many owners live in the building, how many rent their condo unit out, and how efficient the association management is. These are just a few of the things to consider when looking at all the condos for sale in Myrtle Beach. Throughout the buying process as one of our clients, we will represent your best interests.
2) Make Your Offer Look Better Than The Rest - Get A Pre Approval Letter or Proof of Funds. This step will show you how much you can afford. This is something that you can't do on a computer you have to do it in person.
